The owner of this Carriage House wanted a separate space for visiting guests. Built on a slab foundation, this home has 396 square feet of living space over a one-car garage. Featuring our optional metal roof, and mini-splits HVAC, this Carriage House does double duty as a short-term rental that has been booked almost every night.
