Co-Founder
Damian has been providing Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to builders nationwide for over 20 years and quickly became an industry leader. He saw the opportunity SIPs could play in providing premium, strong small home kits on a national scale. When he’s not on a build, Damian is also an award-winning ballroom dancer who enjoys sports and international travel.

Co-Founder
Cyndi is an award-winning entrepreneur and the CEO of DBS Interactive, a premier digital marketing, web development and design agency in Louisville, KY. Leveraging her experience to find underserved markets and serve a larger community, Cyndi knew the positive effect Mighty Small Homes could have on a global scale. Her passions are clear – to make our world a better place to live and to focus on sustainable, high-quality small homes that can stand the test of time.
Our Mission
One of the most important goals for Mighty Small Homes is to eventually provide unlimited safe housing for hurricane and other natural disaster victims. Specifically, housing that is secure, sustainable, energy efficient and highly portable.
