Professionals need an isolated place where they can tune out distractions and focus solely on their work. Our Mighty Small Homes kits can be turned into your personal studio, giving you that luxury. Some of our most popular kits for studios include our Carriage, Modern, and Ranch models. Each model provides a unique layout that can adapt accordingly and transform into the studio of your dreams.

Building Your Own Studio

Building your studio can be a quick and easy process with our ready-to-assemble kits. We’ve had many customers under roof in less than 12 hours, and some that have built the entire shell kit in less than a week. To learn more about the assembly process, you can read more to see how it works..

Many of our handy customers have the skillset to assemble our kits on their own, however, it might be wise to work with a general contractor to ensure your studio is constructed adequately. Ensuring a flat and smooth surface will be best and easiest when building the foundation. Depending on the size and location of your studio, there a few different foundation options.

  • Basement:
More spacious and best-suited for non-rainy climates
  • Concrete Slab:
A solid choice for a variety of climates
  • Crawl Space:
Best suited for dryer, non-rainy climates
  • Pier and Beam:
Ideal for areas prone to flooding
